WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY

St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Jakhama observed World No Tobacco Day, 31st May 2021, by creating awareness through video clip, on the danger and hazardous effect of tobacco on health when it is consumed or used in any form. The College constantly reminds the Josephites, the adverse effect of tobacco and discourages use of tobacco. Constant announcements and reminders to the Josephites about the danger of tobacco have helped much in reducing use of tobacco. The College maintains the campus as Tobacco Free Zone. “Smoke away your worries, not your lungs.”
