St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Jakhama is located at a beautiful countryside with refreshing and invigorating environment. Having understood the importance and significance of clean environment, Josephites (staff and students of St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama), pledged to keep the College Campus green and cool. On the World Environment Day, 5th June 2021, to protect and save the Environment, the staff and students ventured to plant and protect trees in and around the College Campus. This year the initiative was taken to plant two special plants of Nagaland; Rhododendron (State Flower) and Alder (State Tree) trees were planted.
