The Alumni Association of St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous) Jakhama organised a Career Guidance on the theme ‘ Gearing up towards a Better Tomorrow: Are You Ready to take the Next Step? On 12^th May 2023 at the College Indoor Stadium. The programme was organised for the 4^th Semester PG and 6^th Semester UG.

The Programme was Chaired by Mr. M. Mathew Yhome Joint Secretary, Alumni Association SJC(A) with Invocation and Introduction of the New Office Bearers by the Principal, Dr. Fr George Keduolhou Angami. Motivational Messages were shared by The President Mr. Peter Vizo and Rekha Dukru. The Career Guidance for the students was delivered by Mr. Zhozoto Nakro, Project Coordinator & International Business Machine Corporation-STEM, Youthnet. The Resource person highlighted on the various Career choices for the students and its impact on life. He also shared on the different stages of Career Development and guided the students to identify steps to achieving them. He encouraged the students to take advantage of Offline and Online courses and informed them on the emerging Sectors such as Tourism, Construction, vlogging etc. The programme ended with the Vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Diezelhounuo Tepa, Statistical Secretary Alumni Association SJC(A).
