Two NCC cadets of St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Jakhama, namely SUO Mhashienu Lothii (Senior Wing) from 1 NL Girls’ BN NCC-Kohima and SUO Liyanthung J. Kikon from 24 NL (I) COY NCC-Kohima under NCC Group-Kohima were awarded the prestigious Director General NCC Commendation Card and Medal-2020 for their utmost sincerity, dedication and exemplary performance to National Cadet Corps on September 9.

They received the commendation card along with a badge and a cash award. The award of DG NCC Commendation Card for the year 2020 was announced on the occasion of NCC Day (November 22, 2020) and the cadets were conferred the award by Col Abdul Hameed Khan, CO, 1 NL Girls’ BN NCC, Kohima.

The management and staff of the college extended their heartfelt gratitude to all the officers of the organization for giving such high recognition to the cadets and wished them to keep up the noble gesture.
